To start using DuoMon just follow the simple steps below. 1. Place 2 alkaline AAA batteries into MEGACOM DuoMon. 2. Turn your phone s Bluetooth on. 3. Go into Pokemon Go. Select/click your Pokeball → Select/Click Settings → Select/Click Pokemon Go Plus → Scroll down to Available Devices . 4. Press the button on MEGACOM DuoMon one of the Pokeball in the Available Devices will show the flashlight in the middle. 5. Select/Click the Pokeball which is flashing in the middle. Pairing MEGACOM DuoMon & your mobile phone. 6. Pairing completed. Start Catching and Collecting Pokemon. A: After pairing the mobile phone/account code will be recorded so you can reconnect at any time. However if you use another mobile phone/account to connect to DuoMon the pin number will not match and error messages will occur! At this time please clear the original pairing record of DuoMon and then follow the steps in the manual to re-pair the new phone! TO CLEAR THE PAIRING RECORD: After pressing the light signal to [blue] press and hold for 3 seconds then the light signal will start flashing [blue and yellow] until the light signal shows [green] it means the record is successfully cleared! After that please refer to the manual to reconnect. Q: After successfully connecting to DuoMon it does not catch Pokemon nor collect from PokeStops. A: 1) Check your Item Bag or Pokemon Storage and make sure they are not full. 2) Check if you are out of red Poke Ball. DuoMon cannot auto-catch Pokémon if there is no Poke Ball. 3) Daily Guaranteed Pokemon (The one with a solid white ring under it) cannot auto-catch and must be caught by hand. 4) Check the setting in Pokemon Go Plus and make sure both “Nearby Pokemon” and “Nearby PokeStop” buttons are checked.
